Relationship between ordinary press brake and hydraulic press brake

Compared with ordinary types of press brake , the advantages of hydraulic  press brake are as follows:

1. Bending angle and depth: Hydraulic lathe can automatically calculate the depth according to the added set parameters and conditions, which can ensure the same angle more efficiently.

2. It can provide high stability and flexibility, and  can compensate according to the specific cleaning conditions during the working process of bending machine, effectively ensuring the bending effect.

3. It can realize error alarms on the basis of hydraulic lathes.

4.I n terms of application, the actual use of press brake other than hydraulic lathes may be reduced, but for hydraulic press brake in maintenance, it is not of great value to consider removing hydraulic lathes to realize universal bending machines.

Hydraulic press brake also have disadvantages over ordinary press brake:

1.  Because hydraulic press brake rely on the stability and  operability  of the hydraulic system. In addition, the overall operating environment requirements need to be well .

The relationship between ordinary bending machines and hydraulic bending machines can be converted to a certain extent, but in fact both have their own practical value.
