6. The transmission chain should be checked every time to ensure normal lubrication and tightened immediately.

7. The double Y-axis turning and milling compound machine checks each connecting member every time, whether the standard parts are loose or missing, and tighten them in time.

8. Check whether there is oil leakage at the joints of gasoline pumps, hydraulic cylinders, relays, multi-way valves, and oil pipelines every time.

9. Turn the "speed ratio adjustment" knob slowly during acceleration and deceleration, and gradually adjust to the required speed ratio, otherwise the motor will be easily damaged. The power box should be opened frequently to check whether the time controller and the small relay are loose, and the dust, lint and other dirty (miscellaneous) objects inside should be removed regularly, so as not to block the heat dissipation safety channel of the frequency converter and cause inconvenient use of the equipment .
