Points for attention in operating CNC milling machines

Points to note ：

1. Before operating CNC milling machine, it is necessary to understand the general function, structure, transmission principle and control program of the machine, and master the functions and operating procedures of each operation button and peripheral. Do not operate and cook the  machine until you understand the entire operation process.

2. Before each start-up, check whether the lubricating oil behind the milling machine is sufficient, whether the air relay is turned on, whether mechanical oil used for the cutting fluid is sufficient, etc.

3. Before starting the CNC milling machine, check whether the electrical control system of the machine is normal, whether the lubricating body is smooth, whether the oil quality is good, and add enough oil to lubricate according to the regulations, whether the operating handles are correct, and whether the workpieces, fixtures and tools have been stopped. Stand up, check whether the coolant is sufficient, and then drive the car at a slow speed for 3 to 5 minutes to check whether the transmission parts are normal.

4. After the program debugging is completed, it is necessary to be instructed by the instructor to operate according to the process, and it is allowed to skip the process.

5. Before the CNC milling machine processes parts, it is necessary to check whether the origin of the CNC milling machine and the tool data are normal, and to simulate the movement without the CNC milling machine trajectory.

6. When an alarm occurs on the machine tool, it is necessary to find the cause according to the alarm number, and release the alarm in time. Do not shut down the machine, otherwise it will still be in the alarm state after turning on the machine.
