Joint robots, also known as joint arm robots or joint robots.
It is one of the most common forms of industrial robots in the industrial field and is suitable for mechanical automation in many industrial fields.
For example, automatic assembly, painting, handling, welding, etc., have different classifications according to the construction.
Classified according to the structure of the joint robot
1. Five-axis and six-axis joint robot
Has five or six axes of rotation, similar to a human arm.
Applications include loading, unloading, painting, surface treatment, testing, measuring, arc welding, spot welding, packaging, assembly, chip machine tools, fixing, special assembly operations, forging, casting, etc.
2. Tray joint robot
Two or four rotating shafts, as well as a positioning lock for the mechanical gripper.
Applications include loading, unloading, packaging, special handling operations, pallet transport, etc.
3. Planar joint robot
Three mutually parallel axes of rotation and one linear axis.
Applications include loading, unloading, welding, packaging, fixing, coating, painting, bonding, packaging, special handling operations, and assembly.
In addition, it can be classified according to the working nature of the joint robot.
And it can be divided into a variety of types, such as: handling robots, spot welding robots, arc welding robots, painting robots, laser cutting robots and so on.
